Madeline & Kevin's Wedding at the Historic Avon Inn in Avon New York

It was a cold rainy day on January 25th in Avon NY, but that wasn't going to stop us from taking photos outside. Madeline & Kevin decided to do a first look on the front porch, which was the perfect backdrop. It was a super sweet first look and happy tears were shed. We then decided to bring the bridal party outside and had fun exploring around the grounds. I then took Madeline and Kevin aside and did some couples portraits before the ceremony. I think its so important to have a little time after the first look and before the ceremony to gather yourself, apply some finishing touches and relax. Then it was ceremony time, which took place in the main ballroom at The Avon Inn. It went perfectly and again more emotion and happy tears (my favorite). They decided on a unity candle for their special touch during the ceremony. One of my favorite shots of the day is announcing they are husband and wife for the first time and a kiss looking over the crowd. Family photos followed and some detail shots of the reception site-- the main ballroom again. Madeline and Kevin were introduced to the party and went straight into their first dance and then parent dances. Then went into some heart felt speeches from the best man and maid of honor. A delicious dinner was served and they cut their Cake Place cake. Nothing left to do but dance the night away! And some night shots of course :) Vendors listed below.
